General Dave Routine – May 21, 2017

Day 7

Today was the last day of the routine, glad I am able to finish the routine, seriously was not in mood. Dead tired and exhausted.

But glad I was able to do just before I sleep.

Tomorrow new set of exercise, stay tuned!

So what’s your excuse for today?

A small preview for those reading this post for the 1st time.

If you have read my post What I learn – May 09, 2017. I shared with you my conversation with one blogger by the name of Dave Gardner. The addition of title General is from myself as a show of respect towards him, since he is a retired US Servicemen.

He adviced me, to start a routine which should be simple and ridiculously easy, but do it at the same time, same set, everyday. So to start the habit.

          1. See their is a difference between discussion and argument.

And you aren’t argument at all!!! discussion fosters mutual respect and courtesy and both party gain something. Whereas in argument end up in disaster.

    1. Thanks it’s because of my lovely super duper supporters like you. Who love me so passionately.

That’s what this baby step is all about, so we can’t make excuse of being tired. It takes less than 2 minutes to do it now. So no excuses at all.

And I wish Ramadan never finish, I wish the special night prayers in Ramadan should be throughout the year.

The spiritual as well as mediating gains point of view is beyond words to describe.

The whole body and mind gets attuned, it’s overhauling of it. And I miss it terribly after Ramadan.

Yes sleep we have to do in chunks. 3 to 4 hrs one batch than a little bit here and there. But it’s worth every single thing, since we cut off the world which is most essential in today’s fast track life.

        1. Me inspiring he hehe hehehehe

Actually yesterday the weather becomes suddenly changed from 44C to 32c sun was like spring. Makes me nostalgic.

I guess I must have dozed off. Else my normal routine is like this. No changes at all. Day in Day out like this.

Thanks for telling me I am not wasting my time lol.

          Really motivates me!

          1. You are inspiring! Getting these goals up there and going for them are inspiring. It doesn’t matter what size a goal is, it is that you have them. Having a giggle though at you saying what I said to your wife. If she is anything like me she will say your equivalent of what we say here in Scotland, which is ‘ Aye. Right.’

            1. I was thinking a lot on the same line about inspiring part, one good thing I can take out of this, is act upon your plan.

No plan is fool proof, but no plan will be tested for it, unless we apply it. So application of the principles is important.

Plus today, wife made me proud, she is slowly applying my principles of time management. We able to complete the grocery shopping in record time for the whole month with so much rush.

              So I must credit her!

            2. This ‘Aye Right’ is dangerous of women, it has loads of meaning. Okay go ahead than don’t come to me πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…
